1. AC Services FAQs

Ideally, every 6 months. With Dubai’s hot climate and frequent AC use, regular servicing helps improve cooling efficiency and prevents sudden breakdowns.

Our AC service visit typically covers: filter check, coil cleaning, refrigerant level check and leak test, thermostat and controls check, electrical connections, lubrication of moving parts, and condensate drain inspection/clearing.

Make sure the thermostat has power/batteries, check the breaker, clear access to indoor/outdoor units, and have a fresh or clean filter in place if you have one.

• Maintenance = scheduled tune-ups and cleaning to prevent issues.
• Service = a maintenance visit or basic fixes during that visit.
• Repair = troubleshooting and fixing a specific fault (e.g., failed capacitor, refrigerant leak, blower issue).

Most single-system tune-ups are completed in one visit. Timing varies with unit condition and whether extra work (like deep coil or duct cleaning) is needed.

Yes—clean filters and coils help the system run more efficiently; even just replacing clogged filters can reduce energy use.

Ducts don’t need routine cleaning for most homes. It’s typically recommended only if there’s visible mold, vermin, or heavy dust blowing from registers.
